摘  要:针对传统煤矿在用主排水系统检测方法存在的取值工况不一致、仪器布置繁琐、检测时间长等弊端,设计了一套由测试主机以及无线温度传感器、无线压力传感器等一系列无线传感器组成的水泵多参数测试仪。该测试仪可同时检测多台水泵的多项数据,无线通信组网技术简化了仪器布置,可根据现场条件选择水力学、热力学两种检测方法。实践表明,该测试仪相较于传统方法,缩短了单泵检测时间,提高了数据准确性,且可以快速生成水泵性能曲线,提高了水泵检测效率。In view of the disadvantages of the traditional detection method of the main drainage system in coal mine,such as inconsistent value conditions,cumbersome instrument layout and long detection time,a set of multi-parameter tester for water pump composed of test host,wireless temperature sensor,wireless pressure sensor and a series of wireless sensors is designed.The tester can detect multiple data of multiple pumps at the same time.The wireless communication networking technology simplifies the instrument layout,and two detection methods of hydraulics and thermodynamics can be selected according to the field conditions.The practice shows that compared with the traditional method,the tester shortens the detection time of single pump,improves the accuracy of data,and can quickly generate the performance curve of water pump,which improves the detection efficiency of water pump.
