摘 要:以短切玻璃纤维为增强助剂,均聚聚丙烯1100 N为树脂基料,采用双螺杆挤出机机械共混制备了玻璃纤维增强均聚聚丙烯PP/GF改性料。通过研究PP/GF改性料的力学性能、热变形温度、冲击断面的微观形貌、熔融结晶性能和熔体流动速率等,建立了改性料的物理性能与微观结构的关系。结果表明,GF增强能够充分发挥其高强度和高模量的特性,极大地提高聚丙烯树脂基料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和拉伸强度等性能。同时,GF能够显著提高改性体系的热变形温度,但GF与PP粘结薄弱。A glass fiber reinforced homopolymer PP/GF modified material was prepared by mechanical blending using a twin-screw extruder,using short cut glass fiber as the reinforcing agent and homopolymer polypropylene 1100 N as the resin base material.The relationship between the physical properties and microstructure of PP/GF modified materials was established by studying the mechanical properties,thermal deformation temperature,microstructure of impact section,melt crystallization performance,and melt flow rate.The results were indicated that GF reinforcement can fully utilize its high strength and high modulus characteristics,greatly improving the bending strength,bending modulus,and tensile strength of polypropylene resin matrix materials.Meanwhile,GF can significantly increase the thermal deformation temperature of the modified system,but the bonding between GF and PP is weak.
