摘　　要：在过去的20年中,我国乙烯工业发展迅速,从几十万吨迅速增长到如今的超百万吨规模。作为分离单元的重要设备,丙烯制冷压缩机组及其相关设备、管道布置在大型化中也面临着一些问题。本文尝试对比过往工程中的一些数据,分析影响布置方案的诸多因素,并研究了管道、设备布置工作中需要注意的问题,以期能够从中获得一些在未来工程中可以参考、借鉴的经验。In the past 20 years,China's ethylene industry has developed rapidly,from hundreds of thousands of tons to millions of tons.As an important equipment of the separation unit,propylene refrigeration compressor unit and its related equipment and pipeline layout are also facing some problems in the large-scale.This paper attempts to compare some data in past projects to analyze many factors affecting the layout plan,and studies the problems that need to be paid attention to in the layout of pipelines and equipment,in order to obtain some experience that can be used for reference in future projects.
