摘 要:我国能源结构特点是“富煤、缺油、少气”,原料结构多元化已经成为我国石化行业发展的必然选择。煤制化学品技术近年来在我国取得了突破性发展,其中在SAPO-34分子筛催化剂上实现的甲醇制烯烃技术是最具代表性的关键技术之一。该种催化剂的多孔结构和表面酸性,能使其在MTO催化反应中获得优异的催化性能。介绍了一种以拟薄水铝石、磷酸、硅溶胶、高岭土、铝溶胶作为原料,经过高温晶化、蒸馏、过滤水洗、干燥、焙烧等工序制备的SAPO-34分子筛催化剂,并探究了该催化剂在固定流化床和在循环流化床上的催化性能的差异。试验表明,制备的分子筛催化剂与目前工业用催化剂相比较,具有寿命长,产率高,E/P比值高的技术特点;无论在固定流化床还是在循环流化床上,试验中催化剂相关性能与参比催化剂基本持平,具备替换参比催化剂的能力。China's energy structure is characterized by abundant coal resources,limited oil reserves,and scarce natural gas.Consequently,diversifying the raw material structure has become imperative for the development of China's petrochemical industry.In recent years,significant strides have been made in coal-to-chemical technologies in China,with methanol to olefin technology using SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst being a key advancement.The porous structure and surface acidity of this catalyst contribute to its exceptional catalytic performance in MTO reactions.A SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst was prepared through high temperature crystallization followed by distillation,filtration,washing,drying and calcination by using pseudo-boehmite alumina sol gel as well as kaolin and aluminum sol as raw materials.The variance in catalytic performance between fixed fluidized bed and circulating fluidized bed configurations for the SAPO-34 catalyst was investigated.The results were demonstrated that the molecular sieve catalyst prepared exhibits technical characteristics such as prolonged lifespan,high yield and elevated E/P ratio compared to current industrial catalysts.It indicated that the correlation performance of the tested catalyst aligns closely with that of reference catalysts used in both fixed fluidized bed or circulating fluidized bed systems;thus suggesting potential replacement."
