摘  要:大型仪器设备开放共享常态化是高校开展科研和教学工作的重要条件,其开放共享程度制约着高校的整体发展。为提高广西大学大型仪器设备的共享效率,资源环境与材料学院从管理制度、收费标准、培训制度、管理质量、预约管理、共享效益6个方面对构建大型仪器设备闭环管理体系进行了探索与实践。实践表明,在改进管理方式后,大型仪器设备的使用机时和使用收费都有了明显提升,这为其他高校大型仪器设备管理提供了参考。Normalization of large-scale instruments and equipment openness and sharing will become normal is a necessary measure in the process of scientifi c research and teaching in universities,the restricted open and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment restricts the overall development of universities.school of resources,environment and materials of Guangxi University has explored and practiced the construction of a closed-loop management system for large-scale instruments and equipment from six aspects:management system,charging standard,centralized training,instrument and equipment reservation,management quality and benefi ts of sharing.The move aims to improve the effi ciency of sharing large instruments and equipment among Guangxi University.It can be seen from the sharing benefi ts that usage time and charge of large-scale instruments and equipment have been signifi cantly increased after the improvement of the management mode.This exploration and practice provides a reference for other universities to manage large-scale instruments and equipment.
