摘  要:瞄准新工科高校工程人才培养的新理念、新途径和新要求,提出培养学生工程能力的三个主要目标:培养学生社会责任感、提高学生理论知识水平、激发学生协作能力。以工科院校机械工程专业教学为例,分析了如何建立行之有效、可持续发展的工程能力新工科培养模式,从强化师生信任度、问题化教学模式实现课堂教学与实验教学有机融合两方面探索提升学生工程能力的具体措施,为高校积极有效地提升学生的工程能力奠定了良好的实践基础。Aiming at new concepts,new approaches,and new requirements for the cultivation of engineering talents in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward three main goals for cultivating students'engineering ability:to cultivate students'sense of social responsibility,to improve the level of students'theoretical knowledge,and to stimulate students'sense of collaborative ability.Taking the teaching of mechanical engineering in engineering colleges as an example,this paper analyzes how to establish an effective and long-term sustainable emerging engineering education ability cultivation mode,and explores the specifi c measures to enhance students'engineering ability in terms of strengthening the trust between teachers and students and realizing the organic fusion of classroom teaching and experimental teaching with the problematic teaching mode,which lays a good practical foundation for colleges and universities to actively and effectively enhance students'engineering ability.
