摘　　要：中国式现代化对高等教育人才培养提出了新要求,产教融合、科教融汇理念为地方应用型本科院校的教育教学改革指明了方向。以课程教学模式创新改革建设为抓手,从管理模式、构建团队、拓展平台等方面入手,探索政校地企多方协同育人新形式,践行产科教深度融合一体化发展的应用型本科人才培养路径,使地方应用型本科教育更好地适应区域经济社会与产业发展的需要。Chinese-style modernization has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in higher education.The concept of integrating industry and education,as well as the fusion of science and education,has provided guidance for the educational reform of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges.This article takes the improvement and innovation of education model as the starting point.It explores a new form of collaborative talent development involving government,schools,industry,and enterprises through management models,building team,and expanding platforms.By practicing the integrated development of industry,science,and education,it explores a new path for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents,enabling local application-oriented undergraduate education to better adapt to the needs of regional economic,social,and industrial development.
