摘  要:针对现阶段煤矿井下带式输送机存在的人工巡检效率低、故障排查能力差及设备运行能耗高等问题,将先进的智能巡检、智能调速运输控制系统应用到带式输送机运输控制中。该控制系统通过融合智能巡检、智能调速及输送带撕裂故障检测等技术,提高带式输送机运行监测能力、运行效率及故障排查能力。工程应用后,带式输送机运输控制系统在降低设备能耗、提高运行可靠性等方面效果显著,有助于提升煤矿主煤流运输系统整体运行效率。In view of the current problems of low efficiency of manual inspection,poor troubleshooting ability and high energy consumption of equipment operation of underground belt conveyors in coal mines,transportation control system of advanced inspection and intelligent speed regulation was applied to the transport control of belt conveyors.The control system integrates intelligent inspection,intelligent speed regulation and conveyor belt tear fault detection technology to improve the operation monitoring ability,operation efficiency and troubleshooting ability of the belt conveyors.After engineering application,the belt conveyor transportation control system has a remarkable effect on reducing equipment energy consumption and improving operation reliability,which is helpful to improve the overall operation efficiency of the main coal flow transportation system in coal mines.
