摘 要:火电厂存在较多烟气余热资源,企业通常会应用低温省煤器进行烟气余热的回收。传统低温省煤器在长期运行中存在穿孔、腐蚀、积灰、堵塞等问题,影响烟气余热正常的回收利用。为此,以一企业发电厂为例,基于低温省煤器的应用现状,提出“热管低温省煤器+水媒暖风器系统”的联合回收方案。从方案思路、关键技术原理和方案改造特点出发,对烟气余热回收利用方案进行分析。最后,对新型热管烟气余热回收利用方案进行应用试验,以期实现余热的有效回收利用。There are a lot of flue gas waste heat resources in thermal power plants,and enterprises usually use low-temperature economizer to recover flue gas waste heat.The problems of perforation,corrosion,ash accumulation and clogging in the long-term operation of traditional low-temperature economizer affect the normal recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat.Therefore,taking a power plant of an enterprise as an example,based on the application status of low-temperature economizer,a joint recovery scheme of"low-temperature economizer of heat pipe+water heater system"was proposed.The recovery and utilization scheme of flue gas waste heat was analyzed from perspective of scheme idea,key technical principles and characteristics of the transformation.Finally,the application test of the scheme was carried out in order to realize the effective recovery of waste heat and utilization.
