摘 要:通过应用颗粒流体力学理论,对制粉系统中的静态煤粉分离器进行结构优化设计。经性能试验,对高效静态煤粉分离器下体挡板、径向改进型挡板、分离器下部设轴向挡板和出粉口径轴向调平挡板创新设计进行了验证。高效静态煤粉分离器具备良好的性能和经济效益,可满足机组深度调峰要求,值得推广。By applying the theory of particle fluid mechanics,the structure optimization design of the coarse powder separator in the pulverizing system was carried out.The innovative designs of the lower body baffle plate,the radial modified baffle plate,the axial baffle plate at the lower part of the distributor and the axial levelling baffle plate of the powder diameter were verified by the performance test.The components are of good performance and economic benefit,and can meet the requirements of the unit's depth peak regulation,and are worth promoting.
