摘 要:为有效提升底板穿层钻孔瓦斯治理效果,以山西省A煤矿3301轨道运输顺槽瓦斯治理为工程研究背景,提出将水力冲孔技术应用于轨道运输顺槽底抽巷穿层钻孔中,并分析了工程应用效果。现场应用后,底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采效率得以显著提升,有效解决了穿层钻孔消突时间长、瓦斯治理制约巷道掘进等问题,为3301轨道运输顺槽安全高效掘进创造了良好条件。In order to effectively improve the gas control effect of floor through layer drilling,taking the gas control of 3301 track transportation channel in A Coal Mine of Shanxi Province as the engineering research background,it was proposed to apply hydraulic punching technology to the floor extraction roadway through layer drilling of track transportation channel,and the engineering application effect was analyzed.After on-site application,the gas extraction efficiency of the floor through layer drilling significantly improved,effectively solving the problems of long time for gas suppression and gas control constraints on tunnel excavation,and creating favorable conditions for safe and efficient excavation of the 3301 track transportation channel.
