摘  要:为提高大采高综采工作面的安全生产保障能力,需要解决采空区遗煤自然发火问题,以5303采煤工作面为研究对象,并结合采面现场地质条件、防灭火技术应用现状及回风隅角CO超限分析结果,提出了防灭火技术优化措施。该措施具体通过监测采空区自燃“三带”范围优化注氮布置点,以提高注氮效果,并通过减少遗煤量、降低采空区漏风量等方式破坏采空区遗煤氧化自燃条件。现场应用后,5303采煤工作面回风隅角CO超限问题得以解决,采面及回风流中均未监测到CO,采用的防灭火技术优化措施可满足大采高综采工作面的安全回采需求。To improve the safety production guarantee capability of the fully mechanized mining face with high mining height,it is necessary to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf.Taking the 5303 coal mining face as the research object,combined with the geological conditions of the mining face site,the current application status of fire prevention and extinguishing technology,and the analysis results of CO exceeding the return air corner,optimization measures for fire prevention and extinguishing technology were proposed.This measure specifically optimized the nitrogen injection layout points by monitoring the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf,in order to improve the nitrogen injection effect,and destroyed the oxidation and spontaneous combustion conditions of residual coal in the goaf by reducing the amount of residual coal and air leakage in the goaf.After on-site application,the problem of CO exceeding the limit in the return air corner of the 5303 coal mining face was solved,and no CO was detected in the mining face and return air flow.The optimized measures of fire prevention and extinguishing technology adopted can meet the safety mining needs of the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
