摘 要:为提高巷道掘进过断层效率,以8202运输顺槽掘进过F_(3)断层为工程背景,并结合现场条件,制定了巷道掘进技术方案及围岩支护措施。通过“爆破+综掘机”的方式,以提高破岩及装载运输效率,采用“超前注浆+顶板注浆+锚网索+钢架棚”支护方式,以确保运输顺槽掘进期间顶板及支护后围岩的稳定性。工程应用后,运输顺槽在F_(3)断层影响区内可保持6 m/d的掘进速度,期间顶板及巷帮等均保持稳定,实现了安全快速过断层,提高了煤矿的生产效率。In order to improve the efficiency of roadway tunneling across fault,the technical scheme of roadway tunneling and surrounding rock supporting measures were developed based on the engineering background of 8202 transport crossheading tunneling across fault F_(3) and the site conditions.The method of"blasting+integrated excavator"was adopted to improve the efficiency of rock breaking and loading and transport,and the support method of"advance grouting+roof grouting+anchor net cable+steel shed"was adopted to ensure the stability of the roof during the transportation crossheading tunneling and the stability of surrounding rock after the support.After the engineering application,the transport crossheading can maintain a 6 m/d tunneling speed in the F_(3) fault affected area,during which the roof and roadway wall remained stable,realizing a safe and rapid crossing of the fault and improving the production efficiency of the coal mine.
