摘 要:以9307大倾角综放工作面回采为工程背景,为有效解决采空区内自然发火问题,提出在采面回采期间综合采用埋管、插管方式对采空区进行注浆,回采后利用邻近的1360西大巷向采空区进行注浆。通过注浆覆盖采空区遗煤、隔绝氧气并降低采空区温度。对9307综放工作面布置的注浆技术方案进行详细分析,工程应用后,采面液压支架后CO体积分数随注浆时间增加呈快速降低趋势,注浆完成1个月后采空区内及采面各位置均未监测到CO,表明现场使用的注浆防灭火技术效果显著,可为9307大倾角综放工作面安全高效回撤创造良好条件。Taking 9307 fully-mechanized caving face as the engineering background,in order to effectively solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in the goaf,it was proposed to comprehensively use buried pipe and intubation to grouting the goaf during the stoping of the mining face,and then use the nearby 1360 West Roadway to grouting the goaf after stoping.The coal left in the goaf was covered by grouting,the oxygen was isolated and the temperature of the goaf was reduced.Detailed analysis of the grouting technology scheme of 9307 fully-mechanized caving face layout showed that after engineering application,the volume fraction of CO after the hydraulic support at the mining face showed a rapid decreasing trend with the increase of grouting time,and no CO was detected in the goaf and all locations of the mining face one month after the completion of grouting,indicating that the grouting technology used on site had a remarkable effect on fire prevention,which can create a good condition for the safe and efficient withdrawal of 9307 fully-mechanized caving face with high inclination angle.
