摘 要:为解决复合软岩条件下回采巷道大变形问题,以六家煤矿WIIS36-6运输顺槽为工程实例,借助数值模拟、正交试验等手段,进行锚网索耦合支护最佳参数研究,通过设计试验、极差分析确定锚杆长度、锚体直径、锚索长度等参数。模拟分析表明,优化支护方案较原支护方案顶底板垂直位移减小70%以上,耦合支护方案可显著改善围岩受力状态,控制其过度变形。研究为矿井回采巷道支护设计提供了可靠参考。In order to solve the large deformation problem of mining roadway under composite soft rock condition,the WIIS36-6 transport channeling in Liujia Coal Mine was taken as an engineering example,and the optimal parameters of the coupled support of bolt-net and cable were studied by means of numerical simulation and orthogonal test,and parameters such as bolt length,bolt diameter and anchor length were determined by design test and range analysis.The simulation analysis showed that the optimal support scheme can reduce the vertical displacement of roof and floor by more than 70%compared with the original support scheme,and the coupled support scheme can significantly improve the stress state of surrounding rock and control its deformation and failure.It provides a reliable reference for the support design of mining roadway.
