摘　　要：本文旨在探讨技术转移与产业升级转型之间的关系及其对经济发展的影响,通过对技术转移的路径、模式和产业升级转型的背景需求进行分析,深入了解技术转移与产业升级转型之间的关系,并提出了促进产业升级转型的策略。This paper aims at discussing the relationship between technology transfer and industrial upgrading and transformation,as well as its influence on the economy.Through the analysis of the path and mode of technology transfer and the background demand of industrial upgrading and transformation,this paper deeply understands the relationship between technology transfer and industrial upgrading and transformation,and puts forward the strategies to promote industrial upgrading and transformation.
