产业集群对双元产品创新的影响——外部社会资本的调节作用

摘　　要：针对当前有关产业集群与创新的研究忽视产品创新的不同类型、缺乏区分内外行业社会资本影响产业集群创新的研究这些问题,本文结合学习观和资源依赖观理论,基于333份有效样本数据,使用多元层次回归分析方法,检验了产业集群对双元产品创新的影响,同时探索了与外部行业搭建的桥连接在两者关系间的调节作用。研究结果表明,产业集群分别与利用式产品创新和探索式产品创新存在正向影响和负向影响;桥连接积极调节产业集群与利用式产品创新之间的关系,并弱化产业集群与探索式产品创新之间的消极关系。Aiming at the problems that the extant study on industrial cluster and innovation ignores the type of product innovation,and lacks the distinction between the internal and external social capital,this study integrates learning view and resource dependence view theory and analyzes 333 effective questionnaires to explore the impact of industrial cluster on ambidextrous product innovation and bridging ties'moderating effect.This study results,based on multiple hierarchical regression analysis,shows that,industrial cluster has positive effects on exploitative but negative on exploratory product innovation;bridging ties positively moderated the relationship between industrial cluster and exploitative product innovation,and exerts negative effect on the relationship between industrial cluster and exploratory product innovation.
