积雪苷片联合点阵CO_(2)激光对瘢痕疙瘩患者心理状态、炎症因子和血清VEGF、EGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨积雪苷片联合点阵CO_(2)激光对瘢痕疙瘩患者心理状态、炎症因子和血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)的影响。方法:采用计算机产生随机数将118例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为观察组(n=59)和对照组(n=59)。对照组患者接受积雪苷片治疗,观察组患者接受积雪苷片联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗。对比两组治疗前后的相关量表评分、瘢痕情况(宽度、长度、硬度)、心理状态、血清炎症因子、VEGF、EGF。结果:两组治疗后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、瘢痕宽度、长度、硬度下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、VEGF、EGF下降,且观察组低于对照组;血清γ-干扰素(TFN-γ)升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积雪苷片联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩患者,可有效抑制炎症因子和调节血清VEGF、EGF水平,减轻焦虑抑郁状态,治疗效果良好。Objective:To observe the effects of Jixuoside tablets combined with lattice CO_(2)laser on the psychological state,inflammatory factors,serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)of patients with scar tissue.Methods:A total of 118 patients with scar tissue were randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=59)by random number generated by computer.The control group received treatment with jixuoside tablets,while the observation group received a combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO_(2)laser.Compare the clinical efficacy,relevant scale scores,scar condition(width,length,hardness),psychological status,inflammatory factors,VEGF,EGF.Results:After treatment,the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,scar width,length and hardness decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),VEGF and EGF decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group.Serumγ-interferon(TFN-γ)increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO_(2)laser therapy may improve alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with scar tissue by inhibiting the activity of inflammatory factors and regulating serum VEGF and EGF levels.The effect is good.
