围绝经期女性记忆力减退的临床特征及相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期女性记忆力减退的临床特征及相关影响因素。方法:选取我院2022.1~2023.8收治的90例围绝经期女性,分为记忆力减退组、记忆力正常组。对比两组相关指标并采用logistic回归分析法分析影响因素。结果:记忆力减退组短期记忆力障碍、常遗失东西、见面忘记名字相关记忆力减退特征发生率高于记忆力正常组(P<0.05);两组年龄、文化程度、绝经年龄、性生活情况对比差异显著(P<0.05);记忆力减退组FSH水平高于记忆力正常组,E2水平低于记忆力正常组(P<0.05);FSH、E2、文化程度、绝经年龄、性生活情况为影响记忆力减退的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期女性记忆力减退女性可在常规围绝经期症状基础上增加记忆力减退相关症状,且性激素、文化程度、绝经年龄、性生活情况为围绝经其女性记忆力减退发生的影响因素。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and related influencing factors of memory decline in perimenopausal women.Methods:90 cases of perimenopausal women admitted to our hospital from 2022.1 to 2023.8 were divided into memory loss group and normal memory group.The two groups were compared and the logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The incidence of memory loss was higher than short-term memory loss,frequent loss and name loss(P<0.05);age,educational level,menopause age,and sexual status were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);FSH level was higher than memory loss,and E2 level was lower than memory normal group(P<0.05);FSH,E2,education level,menopause age,and sexual status were independent factors affecting memory loss(P<0.05).Conclusion:Women with memory decline during perimenopause can experience additional symptoms related to memory decline on the basis of regular perimenopausal symptoms,and factors such as sex hormones,educational level,menopausal age,and sexual activity are the influencing factors for the occurrence of memory decline in perimenopausal women.
