舒肝消瘿汤联合西药治疗甲状腺结节的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝消瘿汤联合西药治疗甲状腺结节的疗效。方法将2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的甲状腺结节患者98例随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。比较两组的临床疗效、血清标志物水平、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗后的血清胸苷激酶(TK1)、甲状腺球蛋白、甲状腺球蛋白抗体均低于对照组,促甲状腺激素高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(χ^(2)=6.078,4.405,t=5.824、2.027、4.120、2.001,均P<0.05)。结论采用舒肝消瘿汤联合西药治疗甲状腺结节,能够提高治疗效果,有效改善血清标志物水平,安全性佳,值得在临床中应用与推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shugan Xiaoying Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 98 patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,levels of serum markers,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficacy in the observation group was higher than in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group.Post-treatment levels of serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1),thyroglobulin,and thyroglobulin antibody in the observation group were lower than in the control group,while thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)levels were higher,with statistically significant differences between the groups(χ^(2)=6.078,4.405,t=5.824、2.027、4.120、2.001,all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Shugan Xiaoying Decoction combined with Western medicine in treating thyroid nodules can enhance treatment efficacy,effectively improve serum marker levels,and is associated with good safety,making it worthy of clinical application and promotion.
