摘  要:乡村振兴战略的提出要求高校市场营销人才培养不仅需要培养学生具有丰富农产品营销基础理论知识,而且还需要培养学生扎根农村、具有乡村情怀的素质意识。然而目前国内高校普遍存在营销专业课程与“三农”联系不紧密,缺乏具有乡村工作经验的师资力量,使得乡村振兴方面的市场营销人才供给出现了较大困难。通过定性分析高校乡村振兴市场营销人才供给困难以及具体成因,在此基础上,提出相应的解决方案与实现路径,为乡村振兴进一步推进提供所需的高素质市场营销人才。The proposal of rural revitalization strategy requires that the training of marketing talents in colleges and universities not only needs to train students to have rich basic theoretical knowledge of agricultural product marketing,but also needs to train students to take root in rural areas and have rural feelings of quality awareness.However,at present,the marketing professional courses in domestic colleges and universities are not closely related to"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and lack of teachers with rural work experience,which makes the supply of marketing talents in rural revitalization appear great difficulties.Therefore,this paper qualitatively analyzes the difficulties in the supply of marketing talents for rural revitalization in colleges and universities and the specific causes,and on this basis,puts forward corresponding solutions and realization paths to provide high-quality marketing talents needed for the further promotion of rural revitalization.
