摘　　要：中国式现代化是边疆治理现代化的本质规定与方向确定。其中,新型现代国家的人民性、主权性和一体性等本质属性,对边疆治理现代化具有“方向性”引领意义;与此同时,现代国家发展目标,则对边疆治理现代化具有“阶段形态性”确定和引领意义。本文以新型现代国家治理为经,以新型现代国家发展为纬,在经纬交织的维度上,分析和阐发中华人民共和国成立以来中国式现代化引领边疆治理现代化的逻辑与发展。其中,边疆地区人民性建设,呈现从政治发展到经济发展,再到全面协调发展的发展趋势;边疆地区主权性建设,呈现从重视陆疆空间到陆海统筹的发展趋势;边疆地区一体性即中华民族共同体建设,呈现从物质到精神、从内部空间到内外空间交往交流交融的发展趋势。正是中国式现代化,深刻推动了边疆治理由传统迈向新型现代性,生动展现了新型现代性在边疆地区的伟大实践与伟大成就。Chinese modernization is the essential stipulation and direction determination of the modernization of frontier governance.Among them,the essential attributes of the new modern country,such as people's nature,sovereignty and unity,have the meaning of“directional”guidance for the modernization of frontier governance;At the same time,the development goals of modern countries have the significance to determine and guide the modernization of frontier governance.Taking“new modern state governance”as the longitude and“new modern state development”as the latitude,this paper analyzes and elucidates the development process of modernization of frontier governance led by Chinese modernization since the founding of the People's Republic of China in the dimension of latitude and longitude interweaving.Among them,the construction of“affinity to the people”in border areas has shown a trend of development from political development,to economic development,to overall harmonious development;the construction of“sovereignty”in border areas presents a development trend from attaching importance to land space to sea-land coordination.Unity in the border areas,i.e.,the construction of the Chinese national community presents the development trend from material to spirit,from internal space to internal and external space exchange and interaction.It is Chinese modernization that has profoundly promoted the frontier governance from tradition to“new”modernity,and vividly demonstrated the great practice and achievements of“new”modernity in the border areas.
