摘　　要：不同文化传统在接触交往过程中因缺乏相互了解和理解而导致的误会,可能会引发彼此的摩擦和对立。对于这种源自文化接触的结果,必须通过更加有效合理的交流来解决。通过鼓励不同文化的交流,调整和改变跨文化交流中出现的“文化接触带”的负面影响,努力创建新的“文化交会区”,调动并激发传统文化中的和平要素,必然有益于构建相互包容、相互沟通的桥梁,推进人类社会和平文化的建设。当前在全球范围广泛开展的非物质文化遗产保护实践,为实现上述目标提供了坚实的平台。而中国社会各界,通过不断领会《保护非物质文化遗产公约》精神,以及从中华民族文化传统中积极汲取宝贵经验,不仅在传承和发展中华优秀传统文化方面取得卓越成效,有力推动了中国式现代化的文化建设,而且以中国经验与中国智慧丰富了国际非物质文化遗产保护事业,并为世界和平文化的发展作出重要贡献。Misunderstandings caused by a lack of mutual understanding between different cultural traditions in the process of contact and communication may exacerbate friction and opposition among each other.Such a result derived from cultural contact must be addressed through more effective and reasonable communication per se.By encouraging the exchange of different cultures,replacing the“cultural contact zone”that remains negative impact in cross-cultural communication with a“cultural encounter zone”,mobilizing and stimulating the peaceableness in every traditional culture,it will inevitably be beneficial to build bridges of mutual tolerance and communication,and promote the construction of a culture of peace in human society.The current campaign of safeguarding intangible cultural heritage worldwide provides a solid platform for achieving the above goals.And all sectors of Chinese society,via continuous comprehending of the spirit of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,as well as actively learning valuable experience from Chinese traditions,it has not only made outstanding achievements in transmitting and developing national fine traditional culture,vigorously promoted the culture construction in Chinese modernization,but also enriched the international intangible heritage safeguarding with Chinese experience and Chinese wisdom,and made important contributions to the development of the world peace culture.
