摘　　要：少弱精子症作为导致男性不育的常见病症之一,对患者生育能力所产生的不良影响颇为严重,且极大地干扰着患者的家庭幸福,给患者及其家庭带来了沉重的压力与困扰。中医药治疗少弱精子症因其治愈率高、不良反应少而具有独特的优势。卞廷松教授在临床工作中不断总结,在少弱精子症的治疗方面积累了丰富且深厚的临床经验。卞廷松教授始终秉持治病求本的理念,主张论治少弱精子症应将脾肾放在首要位置,以患者素体禀赋为基础,治疗方案紧紧围绕着补益脾肾、调和阴阳以及促进气血生化等方面展开,对于少弱精子症的治疗取得了显著的疗效。Oligoasthenospermia,as one of the common diseases leading to male infertility,has a serious adverse effect on the patient′s fertility,and greatly interferes with the patient′s family happiness,which brings heavy pressure and trouble to patients and their families.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia due to its high cure rate and few adverse reactions.Professor Bian Tingsong has accumulated rich and profound clinical experience in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia by constantly summarizing his clinical work.Prof.Bian Tingsong has always adhered to the concept of searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment and advocates that the spleen and kidney should be placed in the first place in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Based on the patient′s natural endowments,the treatment plan focuses closely on tonifying the spleen and kidney,regulating Yin and Yang,and promoting the generation and transformation of Qi and blood,etc.,which has achieved remarkable curative effect for oligoasthenospermia.
