摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗鼻内接触性头痛的疗效。方法采用目标定位研究法,选取我院2022年1月至2022年12月以来收治的56例鼻内接触性头痛患者作为实验样本,按照治疗方法差异,等分为两组,对照组28例患者应用常规对症支持治疗,实验组28例患者鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗,临床观察两组的临床疗效及其预后。结果实验组和对照组患者临床疗效对比为96.43%(27/28)和64.29%(18/28)、不良反应对比为3.57%(1/28)和35.71%(10/28),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在疼痛症状缓解评分、生活质量评分量表评分上结果值对比分别为(9.35±0.18)和(7.32±0.09),对比对照组的(37.95±2.34)和(25.38±3.29),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻内接触性头痛患者的治疗中,鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正治疗后的临床有效性和安全性均较高,具有极高的临床疗效和极低的不良反应发生率,可在该类患者的临床治疗实践中大力推广实施。Objective To explore the curative effect of nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope in the treatment of intranasal contact headache.Methods Using the target positioning research method,56 patients with intranasal contact headache admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the experimental samples.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were equally divided into two groups.28 patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic support treatment,and 28 patients in the experimental group were treated with correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Result The clinical efficacy comparison between the experimental group and the control group was 96.43%(27/28)and 64.29%(18/28),and the adverse reactions were 3.57%(1/28)and 35.71%(10/28),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison of the pain symptom relief score and quality of life scale score between the experimental group and the control group was(9.35±0.18)and(7.32±0.09),respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05)compared to(37.95±2.34)and(25.38±3.29).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with intranasal contact headache,the clinical effcacy and safety of correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscope are both high,with high clinical efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions,which can be vigorously promoted in the clinical treatment of such patients.
