对比分析局部以及全身应用激素对突发性耳聋耳鸣的近期治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究对于突发性耳聋耳鸣患者应用局部激素和全身激素治疗的效果。方法于我院突发性耳聋耳鸣患者中随机抽取156例,分为对照组(78例,全身应用激素)和观察组(78例,局部应用激素),对比两组疗效。结果观察组听力阈值和睡眠质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(97.44%)较对照组(83.33%)明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率(3.84%)和对照组(3.85%)对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于突发性耳聋耳鸣患者应用局部激素治疗更能改善疗效,同时快速恢复听力阈值,改善患者睡眠,且安全性高。Objective To study the effect of topical hormone and systemic hormone therapy in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods 156 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group(78 cases,systemic applied hormone)and observation group(78 cases,local applied hormone)to compare the two groups.Results The hearing threshold and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment response rate of the observation group(97.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observed group(3.84%)of the observed group and the control group(3.85%)(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus,local hormone therapy can improve the efficacy,quickly restore the hearing threshold,improve the sleep of patients,and have high safety.
