观察吞咽康复训练与神经肌肉电刺激联合治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察吞咽康复训练与神经肌肉电刺激联合治疗对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2022年11月到我院接受诊治的70例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为研究组、常规组,对研究组35例患者实施吞咽康复训练联合神经肌肉电刺激,对常规组35例患者实施吞咽康复训练,对比两组患者接受治疗后的差异情况。结果研究组患者的吞咽功能。并发症等指标均低于常规组(P<0.05),研究组患者的舌骨上移、舌骨前移等舌骨喉复合体动度均高于常规组(P<0.05),两组患者的甲状软骨上移、甲状软骨前移等指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者实施吞咽康复训练与神经肌肉电刺激联合治疗,临床效果显著,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To observe the effect of swallowing rehabilitation training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on swallowing function in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke.Method 70 patients with swallowing disorders after stroke who received treatment at our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method.35 patients in the study group received swallowing rehabilitation training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation,while 35 patients in the control group received swallowing rehabilitation training.The differences between the two groups after treatment were compared.Result The swallowing function of the study group patients.The complications and other indicators were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the mobility of the hyoid laryngeal complex,such as hyoid bone upward movement and hyoid bone forward movement,was higher in the study group than in the conventional group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in indicators such as thyroid cartilage upward movement and thyroid cartilage forward movement between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion The combination of swallowing rehabilitation training and neuromuscular electrical stimulation for patients with swallowing disorders after stroke has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
