全凭静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉对慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜手术中肺顺应性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内窥镜手术治疗工作中,予以不同麻醉方案对术中肺顺应性的影响。方法该研究继续沿用回顾性方式展开,限定病例选择时段于2021年8月到2022年7月,将我院70例行鼻内窥镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者资料予以抽取,根据随机取样法分组处理(确保每组纳入病例35例);分别为全凭静脉麻醉组与吸入麻醉组。结果(1)两组患者在麻醉诱导前以及术中的心率、平均动脉压、出血速度等指标方面,数据无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)两组患者在术中不同时段的肺顺应性、气道峰压各指标数值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者,全凭静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉两种麻醉方案,并不会对患者术中肺顺应性产生较大影响。故,在实际治疗中,还需根据患者实际情况确定最佳麻醉方案。Objective To explore the impact of different anesthesia schemes on intraoperative lung compliance in the treatment of chronic sinusitis patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Method The study continued to be conducted in a retrospective manner,with a limited case selection period from August 2021 to July 2022.Data from 70 patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random sampling method(ensuring that 35 cases were included in each group);They are the total intravenous anesthesia group and the inhalation anesthesia group.Result(1)There was no significant difference in data between the two groups of patients in terms of heart rate,mean arterial pressure,bleeding rate,and other indicators before and during anesthesia induction(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in lung compliance and peak airway pressure between the two groups of patients at different time points during surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery,relying solely on intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia does not have a significant impact on intraoperative lung compliance.Therefore,in actual treatment,it is necessary to determine the optimal anesthesia plan based on the patient's actual situation.
