全息针灸联合耳周穴针刺治疗神经性耳聋的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的评估全息针灸+耳周穴针刺应用在神经性耳聋(ND)患者中的有效性。方法纳入2021年2月一2022年6月的56例ND患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入28例,行常规西医治疗)、观察组(纳入28例,行全息针灸+耳周穴针刺治疗),评价组间治疗有效率、听力功能、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)。结果(1)较之对照组(78.57%),观察组治疗有效率(96.43%)更高,P<0.05;(2)治疗前,组间听力功能(PTA、ABR)、WHOQOL-BREF(社会领域、生理领域、心理领域)评分无差异,P>0.05;治疗4周后,观察组听力功能(PTA、ABR)更低,WHOQOL-BREF(社会领域、生理领域、心理领域)评分更高,P<0.05。结论对ND患者行全息针灸+耳周穴针刺治疗,可以提高治疗有效率,尽快恢复听力,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of holographic acupuncture plus periauricular acupuncture in patients with neuropathic deafness(ND).Method 56 cases of ND patients from February 2021 to June 2022 were included and divided into control group(28 cases included and received conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(28 cases included and received holographic acupuncture+periauricular acupuncture treatment)according to random number table method.To evaluate intergroup treatment response rate,hearing function,and World Health Organization Quality of Life Inventory(WHOQOL-BREF).Results(1)Compared with the control group(78.57%),the effective rate of observation group(96.43%)was higher,P<0.05;(2)Before treatment,there were no differences in hearing function(PTA,ABR)and WHOQOL-BREF(social domain,physiological domain,psychological domain)scores between groups,P>0.05;After 4 weeks of treatment,the hearing function(PTA,ABR)of the observation group was lower,and the WHOQOL-BREF(social domain,physiological domain,psychological domain)score was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Holographic acupuncture+periauricular acupuncture treatment for ND patients can improve the effective rate of treatment,restore hearing as soon as possible,improve the quality of life,it is worth promoting.
