醒脑开窍针刺法配合现代康复技术治疗吞咽障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究醒脑开窍针刺法配合现代康复技术治疗吞咽障碍效果。方法选取我科门诊和疗区收治吞咽障碍患者100例,采用FisherRA随机数字表随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施现代康复技术,观察组基于对照组联合醒脑开窍针刺法,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组P<0.05。治疗后两组洼田饮水试验评分、SSA评分、吞咽困难量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法配合现代康复技术治疗吞咽障碍效果显著,可改善吞咽功能。Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology in the treatment of dysphagia.Methods 100 patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into control group and observation group using Fisher RA random number table.The control group was implemented with modern rehabilitation technology,and the observation group was based on the control group combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression drinking water test,SSA score and dysphagia scale in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation techniques has remarkable effect on dysphagia and can improve the function of swallowing.
