氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价急性化脓性中耳炎,临床治疗阶段采用氧氟沙星药物治疗的临床应用价值。方法研究样本限定本院2021年1月到2022年7月期间收治的急性化性中耳炎患者,共计88例,采取随机数字分组法,将其分为对照组与干预组,评价氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床干预效果。结果氧氟沙星药物用于治疗化脓性中耳炎,有较高的临床应用价值,通过依赖药物的使用,可显著控制急性症状,优化临床症状表现,使得患者生理状态得以优化,促进干预效率提升(P<0.05);在氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎,医疗肝炎阶段,患者机体炎症因子指标相关数据充分证明了氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎有较好的临床干预,效果可显著控制急性症状,使得后续医疗干预方案效果充分体现,优化患者病理状态与预后质量(P<0.05)。结论相关医学研究结果充分证实了急性化脓性中耳炎,病情紧急干预阶段,氧氟沙星药物的使用可有效优化病理表现控制急性症状,使得整体的医疗干预效率提升,促进患者机体炎症因子有效改善,有极其重要的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ofloxacin in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods The study sample was limited to 88 patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,and the clinical intervention effect of ofloxacin in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media was evaluated.Results Ofloxacin has high clinical application value in the treatment of suppurative otitis media.By relying on the use of drugs,it can significantly control acute symptoms,optimize clinical symptoms,optimize patients'physiological status,and promote the improvement of intervention efficiency(P<0.05);In the stage of treatment of acute suppurative otitis media and medical hepatitis with ofloxacin,the relevant data of patients'inflammatory factor indicators fully prove that ofloxacin has a good clinical intervention in the treatment of suppurative otitis media,and the effect can significantly control the acute symptoms,fully reflecting the effect of subsequent medical intervention plans,optimizing the patient's pathological status and prognosis quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The relevant medical research results fully confirm that the use of ofloxacin in the emergency intervention stage of acute suppurative otitis media can effectively optimize the pathological manifestations and control acute symptoms,improve the overall efficiency of medical intervention,promote the effective improvement of inflammatory factors in the patient's body,and have extremely important application value.
