药物治疗方案联合针灸冬+推拿治疗耳鸣耳聋的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究耳鸣耳聋采取药物治疗方案联合针灸配合推拿诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年01月~2023年01月于我院就诊的耳鸣耳聋患者研究,总例数80例,按治疗方式不同分组,对照组中40例予常规药物疗法,治疗组中40例予针灸配合推拿疗法,比较2组指标,如治疗有效率、生活质量及中医症候积分等。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组记录的总有效率,高于对照组(P<0.05);②中医症候与耳鸣致残/响度评分:在耳鸣噜杂、眩晕症候及耳鸣致残等评分上,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);③生活质量:治疗组生理、心理功能等记录的评分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学:治疗组血浆黏度/高切/低切全血黏度记录数值,均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论耳鸣耳聋采取基于常规西药下配合针灸、推拿诊疗效果更为显著,可有效改善症状,降低耳鸣致残,纠正血液流变学,优化生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug therapy combined with acupuncture and massage on tinnitus and deafness.Methods A total of 80 cases of tinnitus and deafness from January 2001 to 20232001 in our hospital were 2021,in the treatment group,40 cases were treated with acupuncture and massage,and the indexes of the two groups were compared,such as effective rate of treatment,quality of life and TCM syndrome integral.Results 1 the effective rate of qualitative treatment:the total effective rate recorded in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05),2 the scores of TCM symptoms and tinnitus disability/loudness:the scores of Tinnitus Noise,Vertigo and tinnitus disability,etc.,3 quality of life:the scores of physiological and psychological functions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05)4 hemorheology:the whole blood viscosity of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus and deafness based on routine Western medicine combined with acupuncture and massage is more effective,which can effectively improve the symptoms,reduce the disability caused by tinnitus,correct the hemorheology,and optimize the quality of life.
