依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉对耳鼻喉科手术患者血流动力学的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究耳鼻喉科手术患者行依托咪酯+丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法数据取自我院2022年1月-2022年12月收治的90例耳鼻喉科手术患者,“双盲法”分参照组(丙泊酚麻醉)、科研组(依托咪酯+丙泊酚麻醉)各45例,两组疗效比较。结果麻醉前分析血流动力学、应激反应无差异,P>0.05;麻醉后较参照组,科研组HR、MAP、SBP及DBP指标波幅幅度更小;Cor、MDA、TAC值更高,SOD值更低;科研组麻醉优良率(97.78%)高于参照组(86.67%),科研组不良反应率(4.44%)低于参照组(17.78%),P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论依托咪酯+丙泊酚麻醉可稳定耳鼻喉科手术患者的血流动力学、减轻应激反应,提高麻醉效果、避免发生副作用,值得推崇。Objective To investigate the effect of etomidate plus propofol anesthesia in patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery.Methods Data were collected from 90 patients who underwent otolaryngology surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,"Double-blind method"was divided into control group(propofol anesthesia),Observation Group(etomidate+propofol anesthesia)45 cases each,the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the amplitude of HR,MAP,SBP and DBP in the Observation Group was smaller,and the values of Cor,MDA and TAC were higher,while the Hemodynamics of SOD were lower in the Observation Group The excellent and good rate(97.78%)in observation group was higher than that in control group(86.67%),and the adverse reaction rate(4.44%)in observation group was lower than that in control group(17.78%),P<0.05(with statistical significance).Conclusion Etomidate+propofol anesthesia can stabilize the Hemodynamics of patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery,reduce stress reaction,improve the effect of anesthesia and avoid side effects.
