鱼石脂软膏联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在真菌性外耳道炎的药物治疗中,沿用鱼石脂软膏联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏的临床价值。方法以2020年10月-2022年6月为该研究病例择取时段,将我院120例真菌性外耳道炎患者的资料以回顾性方式抽取,依据“药物方案差异”行分组处理(确保每组纳入病例60例),对照组常规耳内镜下清洗治疗,观察组予以鱼石脂软膏+曲安奈德益康唑乳膏。结果经与对照组患者85.00%的临床疗效数据比较,观察组临床疗效以更高呈现(P<0.05)。治疗后经与对照组患者观测数据相比,观察组耳道瘙痒、耳部疼痛等症状评分明显更低(P<0.05)。与对照组5.00%的不良反应、6.66%的复发率比较,观察组不良反应发生率及复发率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论将鱼石脂软膏+曲安奈德益康唑乳膏用于治疗真菌性外耳道炎优势显著,可提高治疗总有效率、降低症状评分并确保治疗安全性。Objective To explore the clinical value of using fish stone ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in the drug treatment of fungal otitis externa.Method From April 2020 to June 2022,data from 120 patients with fungal otitis externa in our hospital were retrospectively selected and grouped based on"differences in drug regimens"(ensuring that 60 cases were included in each group).The control group received routine endoscopic cleaning and treatment,while the observation group received fish oil ointment and triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream.Result Compared with 85.00%of the clinical efficacy data of the control group patients,the observation group showed a higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the observation data of the control group,the observation group showed significantly lower scores for symptoms such as ear itching and ear pain(P<0.05).Compared with the 5.00%adverse reactions and 6.66%recurrence rate in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fish stone cream and triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream in the treatment of fungal external auditory canal inflammation has significant advantages,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce symptom scores,and ensure treatment safety.
