中西医结合治疗慢性鼻炎临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察慢性鼻窦炎患者临床治疗中予以中西医结合方式的临床效果以及安全性。方法抽选时间介于2020年2月至2022年2月,以此时段内收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者,共计60例,分组指导为随机数字表法,设定组名为参照组与研究组,各计30例。参照组予以西医治疗(克拉霉素、呋麻滴鼻液、庆大霉素、地塞米松),观察组予以中医治疗(中药薰法、中药汤剂),比对临床治疗效果、中医症候积分、生活质量、不良反应等指标。结果研究组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗前中医症候积分相近(P>0.05),治疗后研究组积分值更低(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量测定值更高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应的发生率要高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者临床治疗中予以中西医结合方式具有较好的临床效果,可改善患者的病情状况,降低不良反应的发生率,提高患者的日常生活质量,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of sinusitis.Methods A total of 60 sinusitis patients were selected from February 2020 to February 2022.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The control group was treated with Western medicine(Clarithromycin,furosemide nasal drops,gentamicin and dexamethasone),while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine(fumigation and decoction),the clinical therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score,quality of life and adverse reaction were compared.Results The effective rate was higher in the study group(P&LT;0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms were similar before treatment(P&GT.05),and lower after treatment in the study group(P&Lt.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P&Lt;O.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P&Lt;0.05).Conclusion Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of sinusitis,which can improve the condition of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of daily life,it is worth promoting.
