鼻腔填塞与低温等离子刀联合治疗鼻出血对患者炎症反应的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻出血的治疗方案,分析鼻腔填塞、低温等离子刀联合应用的效果。方法2023年2月-2024年4月,选择医院收治的70例鼻出血为对象,通过抽签法分组,是对照组(单用鼻腔填塞治疗,n=35例)、观察组(联用鼻腔填塞+低温等离子刀治疗,n=35例),对比两组炎症因子及临床疗效。结果手术1d后,观察组炎症因子均比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率100.00%均比对照组更高85.71%(x2=5.3846,P=0.0203);手术1周后,观察组临床症状评分均比对照组更低(P<0.05);结论联用鼻腔填塞+低温等离子刀可有效治疗鼻出血,可提高临床疗效,降低炎症反应,减轻临床症状,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the treatment plan of nosebleed and analyze the effect of nasal packing and cryogenic plasma knife.Methods From February 2023 to April 2024,70 cases of nosebleed admitted to the hospital were selected for control group(single nasal packing therapy,n=35 cases)and observation group(combined nasal tamponade+cryogenic plasma knife therapy,n=35 cases),and compared the two groups with inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy.Results After 1d of surgery,the inflammatory factors were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate was 100.00%85.71%(x2=5.3846,P=0.0203);after 1 week of surgery,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion The combination of nasal filling+cryogenic knife could effectively treat epistaxis,improve clinical efficacy,reduce inflammation and reduce clinical symptoms,and the application value was significant.
