内镜下低温等离子射频消融腺样体联合双侧扁桃体切除术治疗小儿症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价内镜下低温等离子射频消融腺样体联合双侧扁桃体切除术治疗小儿鼾症的疗效。方法病例选取时间为2022年1月-2023年3月,以我院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的鼾症患儿中抽选出78例展开系统研究,遵循随机数表法均匀分组,对照组(腺样体切除和扁桃体剥离术)和观察组(内镜下低温等离子射频消融腺样体联合双侧扁桃体切除术)各39例,评价分析两组患儿的临床疗效、生活质量(OSA-18评分)以及手术相关指标(手术时长、术中出血量、术后症状改善、住院时间)和术后疼痛评分。结果观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率显著比对照组高,其治疗后的各方面生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时长、术后症状改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,其术中出血量比对照组少,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,统计差异有意义,结果P<0.05。结论予以鼾症患儿采取内镜下低温等离子射频消融腺样体+双侧扁桃体切除术联合医治的效果显著,对改善患儿的鼾症症状、减轻疼痛感和提高其生活质量具有积极作用,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of Adenoid combined with bilateral tonsillectomy in the treatment of snoring in children.Methods From January 2022 to March 2023,78 cases of snoring children were selected from the otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital to conduct a systematic study.They were evenly divided according to the random number table.There were 39 cases in the control group(Adenoid and tonsillectomy)and 39 cases in the observation group(endoscopic low-temperature radio frequency ablation of Adenoid combined with bilateral tonsillectomy).The clinical efficacy Quality of life(OSA-18 score),as well as surgical related indicators(surgical duration,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative symptom improvement,hospital stay),and postoperative pain score.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and their quality of life scores in all aspects after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter surgical duration,postoperative symptom improvement time,and hospital stay compared to the control group,with less intraoperative bleeding and lower postoperative pain scores.The statistical difference was significant,with a result of P<0.05.Conclusion The combined treatment of endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of Adenoid and bilateral tonsillectomy for children with snoring has a significant effect,which has a positive effect on improving the symptoms of snoring,reducing pain and improving their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
