探究维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法用于妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法对妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效影响。方法以回顾性方式展开研讨2022年8月-2023年11月期间,我院收治的86例妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者,按“治疗方法异同”分为对照组、研究组,每组各43例,前者采用单纯的洗鼻疗法治疗,后者在此基础上加用维生素C雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的生活质量以及临床症状改善情况。结果就对照组而言,研究组患者临床疗效明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量情况无明显改善,治疗后,两组患者生活质量较治疗前均明显改善,且研究组生活质量明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者临床症状评分无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者临床症状评分明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法用于治疗妊娠期变应性鼻炎,其能够显著缓解患者症状,提高生活质量并降低妊娠并发症的发生率。Objective To study the effect of vitamin C aerosol inhalation combined with nasal lavage on allergic rhinitis during pregnancy.Methods From August 2022 to November 2022,86 patients with allergic rhinitis during pregnancy were 2023 into two groups:control group and study group,each group had 43 cases.The former was treated with nasal washes alone,the latter was treated with vitamin C aerosol inhalation on the basis of nasal washes,the clinical efficacy,quality of life and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results As for the control group,the clinical effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),the quality of life of the two groups had no significant improvement before and after treatment,the quality of life in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.05),the clinical symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin C nebulized inhalation combined with nasal lavage in the treatment of allergic rhinitis during pregnancy can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications.
