外展悬吊联合改良悬雍垂聘咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究外展悬吊联合改良悬雍垂聘咽成形术应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)治疗期间的临床效果。方法选取江苏泗洪医院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者为研究对象,入组时间为2020年9月-2023年10月,抽检样本共计84例,以“随机数字表法”为分组方式,将其分为观察组、对照组,各42例。观察组行外展悬吊联合改良悬雍垂聘咽成形术,对照组行改良悬雍垂聘咽成形术。比较两组疗效,评估治疗前后呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO_(2))及Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分变化情况。结果术后6月,两组AHI,LSaO_(2)及ESS评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率(95.23%)高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05)。结论外展悬吊联合改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗OSAHS效果好,能够有效降低AHI,提高最低血氧饱和度,改善嗜睡情况。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abduction suspension combined with modified uvula palatopharyngoplasty in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)admitted to Sihong Hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected as the research subjects.The enrollment period was from September 2020 to October 2023.A total of 84 samples were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group,using the"random number table method"as the grouping method.The observation group underwent abduction suspension combined with modified uvula palatopharyngoplasty,while the control group underwent modified uvula palatopharyngoplasty.Compare the efficacy of two groups and evaluate the changes in apnea hypopnea index(AHI),lowest blood oxygen saturation(LSaO_(2)),and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores before and after treatment.Result Six months after surgery,both groups showed significant improvement in AHI,LSaO_(2),and ESS scores compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.23%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of abduction suspension and modified uvula palatopharyngoplasty is effective in treating OSAHS,reducing AHI,increasing minimum oxygen saturation,and improving drowsiness.
