摘  要:目的探讨磁共振水成像技术与CT对感音神经性耳聋的诊断效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月到我院就诊的60例疑似感音神经性耳聋患者,均经过脑干听觉诱发电位确诊,采用磁共振水成像技术与CT诊断,对比分析单一诊断、联合诊断的效能。结果经CT技术诊断共检出阳性43例,包括半规管畸形7例,耳蜗畸形6例,前庭导水管畸形12例,内耳道畸形18例;经磁共振水成像技术诊断共诊断出阳性50例,包括半规管畸形8例,耳蜗畸形6例;前庭导水管畸形13例,内耳道畸形18例,蜗神经发育不良3例,内听道内血管发育异常2例。联合检测的诊断效能各项均显著高于CT诊断,准确率、特异度、阴性预测值显著高于磁共振水成像技术(P<0.05)。结论CT技术与磁共振水成像技术均适用于临床诊断感音神经性耳聋,诊断准确性符合预期,能够为后续治疗提供参考,单一诊断效能低于联合诊断,两者各有优缺,建议根据患者的实际情况择优选择。Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance water imaging and CT on sensorineural deafness.Methods 60 patients with suspected sensorineural deafness who visited our hospital from January to December 2022 were all confirmed by brainstem auditory evoked potential.Magnetic resonance water imaging technology and CT diagnosis were used to compare and analyze the efficacy of single diagnosis and combined diagnosis.Results A total of 43 cases were positive by CT,including 7 semicircular canals,6,12 vestibular aqueduct malformations,18 internal ear canal malformations;50 cases,including 8,6;13,183,3,and 2 cases of abnormal vascular development in the internal auditory canal.The diagnostic efficacy of the combined test was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis,and the accuracy,specificity and negative predictive value were significantly higher than that of magnetic resonance water imaging technology(P<0.05).Conclusion CT technology and magnetic resonance water imaging technology are suitable for clinical diagnosis of sensorineural deafness,the diagnostic accuracy is in line with expectations and can provide reference for follow-up treatment,single diagnostic efficacy is lower than combined diagnosis,each of which has advantages and disadvantages,so it is suggested to select patients according to the actual situation。
