摘　　要：咽鼓管功能障碍和中耳的多种疾病关系密切,但目前对于咽鼓管功能障碍的认识尚不明确,且目前仍然没有一种准确性高的方法作为诊断咽鼓管功能障碍的金标准,在临床对于咽鼓管功能障碍除了询问往往要进行相关的辅助检查,从而进行综合诊断以增加诊断的准确程度。而影像学检查较其他方法能更加直观,清晰地观察到咽鼓管的病变部位,对于术前确定手术方案和指导治疗中发挥了极大的作用,本文就对目前常见的咽鼓管的影像学检查法进行总结阐述。Eustachian tube dysfunction is closely related to many diseases of the middle ear,But at present,the unde rstanding of eustachian tube dysfunction is unclear,there is still no method with high accuracy as the gold standard for dia gnosing eustachian tube dysfunction,In clinical practice,besides inquiring about eustachian tube dysfunction,related auxi liary examinations are usually needed,Through comprehensive diagnosis to increase the accuracy of diagnosis.Compared with other methods,imaging examination can observe the lesion position of eustachian tube more intuitively and clearly,I t plays a great role in determining the surgical plan before operation and guiding the treatment.This paper summarizes an d expounds the common imaging examination methods of eustachian tube at present.
