氨茶碱与喷托维林治疗老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合症效果比较分析

摘　　要：目的系统分析氨茶碱与喷托维林治疗老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合症效果。方法抽取2020年4月~2022年4月期间本院进行治疗的74例老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者作为研究对象,以“治疗不同方式”为基点平等划分为对照组、观察组,各组收入37例,对照组以氨茶碱治疗,观察组以氨茶碱与喷托维林联合治疗,系统分析两组的效果、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数、睡眠呼吸障碍维持时间、夜间血氧饱和度以及药物副作用发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数与夜间血氧饱和度无统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后,对比于对照组,观察组患者的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数与夜间血氧饱和度显著较优,P<0.05;治疗后,对比于对照组,观察组患者的睡眠呼吸障碍维持时间显著较短,P<0.05;治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组患者的效果显著较高,P<0.05;治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组患者的药物副作用发生率略微高,但是数据对比无统计学差异P>0.05。结论老年睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者以氨茶碱与喷托维林联合治疗可积极提升效果,有效改善睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数、夜间血氧饱和度,缩短睡眠呼吸障碍维持时间,提升药物安全性,进而为临床治疗提供新思路。Objective To systematically analyze the effects of aminophylline and pentoverine in the treatment of senile sleep apnea syndrome.Method Seventy-four elderly patients with sleep apnea treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as research objects,and were equally divided into control group and observation group based on "different treatment methods".37 patients were included in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline,while the observation group was treated with aminophylline combined with pentoverine.Effects,sleep apnea hypopnea index,duration of sleep disordered breathing,nocturnal oxygen saturation,and incidence of drug side effects were systematically analyzed in both groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the sleep apnea hypopnea index and overnight blood oxygen saturation between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,compared with the control group,the sleep apnea hypopnea index and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were significantly better,P<0.05;After treatment,the maintenance time of sleep disordered breathing in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,P<0.05;After treatment,compared with the control group,the effect of observation group was significantly higher,P<0.05;After treatment,the incidence of drug side effects was slightly higher in the observation group compared with the control group,but there was no statistical difference in data comparison P>0.05.Conclusions The combination of aminophylline and pentoverine in elderly patients with sleep apnea can actively improve the effect,effectively improve the hypopnea index and nighttime blood oxygen saturation,shorten the maintenance time of sleep apnea disorders.
