鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术实施手术室护理配合对临床疗效及并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中应用手术室护理配合取得的效果,评估对临床疗效以及术后并发症发生率产生的影响。方法研究对象以在本院择期行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗的患者为主,手术时间为2022年1月-2022年12月,共计68例,应用随机数字表法将入组对象划分为对照组(n=34)、观察组(n=34),给予对照组常规护理,观察组实施手术室护理配合,观察两组护理效果,评估指标包含围术期指标、术后并发症发生率。结果采取相应护理措施后,和对照组相比,观察组拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、住院治疗时间较短,且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,对比差异均为P<0.05;测定两组患者术后并发症发生率,观察组所得数值偏低,对比结果呈现为P<0.05。结论在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中为患者提供手术室护理配合具有突出效果,不仅可以预防术后并发症发生还可加速患者康复进程,有利于缩短住院治疗时间,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of nasal endoscopy,and to evaluate the effect on clinical efficacy and the incidence of postoperative complications.Methods The study object mainly patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction in our hospital,the operation time from January 2022 to December 2022,a total of 68 cases,using random number method to divide the participants into control group(n=34),observation group(n=34),give control group routine care,observation group with operating room nursing effect of two groups,the evaluation index includes perioperative index and incidence of postoperative complications.Results After taking the corresponding nursing measures,compared with the control group,the extubation time of the observation group were shorter,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the comparison difference was P<0.05;the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was determined,the value obtained in the observation group was low,and the comparison result was P<0.05.Conclusion In providing the operating room care for patients in the correction of nasal endoscopy,it can not only prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,but also accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of reference.
