对反流性咽喉炎患者进行综合性护理对患者满意度的改善探讨

摘　　要：目的探究反流性咽喉炎中综合性护理实践效果及价值。方法避选2019年1月~2023年1月于我院就诊的反流性咽喉炎患者研究,总例数72例,按随机数字表法划分组别,等分为2组,对照组辅以一般护理,基于此,观察组辅以综合性护理,比较2组指标,囊括心理状况、生活质量及满意度等。结果①心理状况:观察组焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)改善程度,相比对照组表现更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②症状消失用时:基于声嘶、慢性咳嗽等症状用时上,观察组表现更低,与对照组比(P<0.05);③生活质量:观察组社会/精神/生理等因子评分,与对照组比表现更高(P<0.05):满意度:观察组满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论反流性咽喉炎中综合性护理运用效果显著,可改善相关症状,减轻心理应激情绪,利于患者预后,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect and value of comprehensive nursing practice in reflux pharyngitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with reflux pharyngitis from January 2019 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was assisted with general nursing care,and the 2023 group was treated with routine nursing care,based on this,the Observation Group assisted with comprehensive nursing,compared 2 groups of indicators,including psychological status,quality of life and satisfaction.Result Psychological status:The improvement degree of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②Symptom disappearance time:Based on symptoms such as hoarseness and chronic cough,the observation group showed lower performance compared to the control group(P<0.05);③Quality of life:The observation group showed higher scores in social/mental/physiological factors compared to the control group(P<0.05):@Satisfaction:The observation group showed higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing care in reflux pharyngitis is significant,which can improve the related symptoms,relieve psychological stress and benefit the prognosis of patients.
