摘　　要：目的接受耳鼻喉科手术治疗的患者于其手术室护理工作中,开展个性化护理方案,对提升护理质量、缓解其负性情绪的价值探究。方法收录2022.1-2022.12期间我院耳鼻喉科收录的手术患者,共计70例,开展手术治疗之前行规范性分组,给予不同的手术室护理措施,评价组间护理效果差异。分别为对照组和观察组,样本量组间纳入相当,对应开展常规护理、手术是个性化护理。结果评价两组护理质量及护理安全性,手术室仪器设备管理、消毒隔离、器械准备、护士配合技能以及护理安全等各项评分均以观察组更高,P<0.05。于护理前后评价两组患者的情绪状态,护理前组间差异较小,护理后两组负面情绪均有所缓解,且评分值均以观察组更低,P<0.05。结论接受耳鼻喉科手术治疗的患者于其手术室护理工作中,开展个性化护理方案,对提升护理质量、缓解其负性情绪的价值显著。Objective Exploring the value of personalized nursing plans for patients undergoing ear,nose,and throat surgery in their operating room nursing work to improve nursing quality and alleviate negative emotions.Method A total of 70 surgical patients admitted to the otolaryngology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were included.Before undergoing surgical treatment,standardized grouping was conducted,and different operating room nursing measures were given to evaluate the differences in nursing outcomes between the groups.They are the control group and the observation group,with similar sample sizes included between the groups,corresponding to routine care and personalized care for surgery.Result The nursing quality and safety of the two groups were evaluated,and the scores of instrument and equipment management,disinfection and isolation,instrument preparation,nurse cooperation skills,and nursing safety in the operating room were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The emotional status of the two groups of patients was evaluated before and after nursing care.There was a small difference between the two groups before and after nursing care.Negative emotions in both groups were alleviated after nursing care,and the score values were lower in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Implementing personalized nursing plans in the operating room for patients undergoing ear,nose,and throat surgery has significant value in improving nursing quality and alleviating negative emotions.
