摘　　要：目的探讨多学科预康复模式在喉癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月在我科住院治疗的喉癌手术患者84例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,其中常规组患者42例接受常规护理,预康复组患者42例接受预康复护理干预。干预前、术前1天、术后4周,使用言语可懂度评估患者言语功能,标准吞咽功能评估量表评估患者吞咽功能,六分钟步行距离(6MWT)评估患者运动功能,医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分评价心理状态,中国头颈癌生命质量测定量表(QLQCP-HN)评分评价生命质量。结果术前1天、术后4周预康复组言语可懂度、6MWT、QLQCP-HN评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05),而吞咽评分、HADS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论预康复干预可有效改善患者言语功能、吞咽功能、运动功能及心理状态,进而提高患者生命质量。Objective To explore the application value of a multidisciplinary pre-rehabilitation model in patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery Methods A total of 84 laryngeal cancer surgery patients hospitalized in our department from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,among which 42 patients in the conventional group received routine care and 42 patients in the pre-rehabilitation group received pre-rehabilitation care intervention.And the speech function,the swallowing function,the walking function(6 MWT),the motor function,the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score,and the quality of life of the Chinese head and neck cancer(QLQCP-HN)score.Results The speech comprehension,6 MWT and QLQCP-HN scores were significantly higher in the group 1 day before and 4 weeks than the conventional group(P<0.05),while the swallowing and HADS scores were significantly lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve patients"speech function,swallowing function,motor function and psychological state,and then improve the quality of life.
