摘　　要：目的将循证理念引入临床护理工作,制定全病程管理方案,探讨其对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者的应用效果。方法基于循证护理理念,电子检索有关于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者的相关证据,制定慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者的全病程管理方案。选取我院2020年1月至2022年1月200例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者,随机分为两组:常规护理组和全病程管理组。比较两组患者住院期间舒适度、专科操作掌握、复诊治疗的依从性及临床疗效。结果采用全病程管理患者住院期间的舒适度、专科操作掌握、复诊治疗的依从性及临床效果均显著高于采用常规护理的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者实施全病程管理方案,可以提高患者就医体验,提高出院后综合治疗的依从性及临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To introduce the evidence-based concept into clinical nursing work,formulate a whole course management plan,and explore its application effect on patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Based on the concept of evidence-based care,electronic search has relevant evidence on patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyp surgery,and the whole course management plan for patients with chronic nasal sinusitis with nasal polyp surgery is formulated.and then select our hospital in June 2020.From January to June 2021,200 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps surgery were randomly divided into two groups:the routine care group and the full course management group.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of comfort during hospitalization,mastery of specialist operations,compliance with follow-up treatment,and clinical effcacy.Results The comfort level,the mastery of specialist operation,the compliance with follow-up treatment,and the clinical effect of patients who adopted the whole course management were significantly higher than those of the patients who adopted routine nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the whole course management plan for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps surgery can improve the patient's medical experience,improve the compliance and clinical efficacy of comprehensive treatment after discharge,and is worthy of clinical application.
