品管圈活动对提高环状软骨上喉部分切除术后患者出院前留置胃管拔除率的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对提高环状软骨上喉部分切除术后患者出院前留置胃管拔除率的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确立品管圈活动主题,分析环状软骨上喉部分切除术后患者出院前留置胃管拔除率低的原因,拟定对策并实施,比较改善前后两组患者出院前留置胃管拔除率。结果出院前留置胃管拔除率由改善前的29.1%提高到改善后的69.1%,改善前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士专科理论成绩由改善前的63.5分提高到改善后的97.5分,专科操作成绩由改善前的67.8分提高到改善后的98.6分;雷达图显示:圈员在品管手法、沟通协调方面的能力显著提高。结论品管圈活动可有效提高患者出院前留置胃管拔除率;提高护士的专科知识;促进团队发展,提高团队凝聚力。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the extraction rate of indwelling gastric tubes before discharge in patients undergoing partial supracricoid laryngectomy.Methods A quality control circle group was established to establish a quality control circle activity theme,analyze the reasons for the low rate of indwelling gastric tubes before discharge in patients after partial cricoid laryngectomy,formulate countermeasures and implement them,and compare the rate of indwelling gastric tubes before and after discharge in the two groups of patients.Results The removal rate of indwelling gastric tubes before discharge increased from 29.1%before improvement to 69.1%after improvement,with a statistically significant difference before and after improvement(P<0.05);The theoretical score of nurses'specialty increased from 63.5 points before improvement to 97.5 points after improvement,and the professional operation score increased from 67.8 points before improvement to 98.6 points after improvement;The radar chart shows that the circle members'abilities in quality control techniques,communication and coordination have significantly improved.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the extraction rate of indwelling gastric tubes before discharge;Improving nurses'specialized knowledge;Promote team development and enhance team cohesion.
