人性化护理干预对急性鼻出血患者治疗的影响观察

摘　　要：目的讨论人性化护理干预对急性鼻出血患者治疗的影响观察。方法开展回顾性研究,入选100例急性鼻出血患者主要于2022年2月-2023年3月接受病情诊疗,以护理模式差异性分为对照组50例与研究组50例。对照组实施常规护理、研究组实施人性化护理。观察指标:治疗效果、鼻出血频率、心理状态、护理满意度评分。结果研究组治疗效果总有效率的96%明显高于对照组的84%,P<0.05。护理3d后研究组鼻出血频率指标明显小于对照组,P<0.05。护理3d后研究组HAMA评分及HAMD评分指标明显小于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度评分指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论人性化护理干预对急性鼻出血患者有提高治疗效果,减少鼻出血频率,优化心理状态及提高护理满意度的良好效果。Objective To discuss the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with acute nasal bleeding.Methods A retrospective study was carried out.100 patients with acute nasal hemorrhage received diagnosis and treatment mainly from February 2022 to March 2023,and were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the difference of nursing mode.The control group implemented routine nursing and the research group implemented humanized nursing.Outcome measures:treatment effect,frequency of nosebleed,psychological state,nursing satisfaction score.Results The total effective rate of 96%in the study group was significantly higher than 84%in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing for 3 days,the nasal bleeding frequency index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.After 3d nursing,HAMA score and HAMD score indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The score index of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the frequency of nasal bleeding,optimize the psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.
