妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者的临床护理干预措施及实施效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究针对妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者给予临床护理干预的方式,以及分析取得成效结果。方法选择妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者50例计入研究,时间范围设为2021年10月-2022年10月,分组利用函数随机排列设为设为25例/组,命为研究组、比对组,其中比对组(常规性护理),研究组(基于以上同时开展临床综合护理干预),分析疾病知识指标,治疗配合度测定值、护理成效情况。结果①疾病知识指标内容上比较,研究组数据获值高于比对组,组间比较(P<0.05);②研究组治疗配合率,定期复查达成率高于比对组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);③研究组总有效率高于比对组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期耳鼻喉疾病患者应用临床综合护理干预,更有助于病情管理,患者对于疾病有着正确认知,能够按照要求进行护理,定期的进行复查,护理成效显著,值得普及和应用。Objective To study the way of clinical nursing intervention for pregnant patients with ear,nose and throat diseases,and to analyze the results.Methods Fifty patients with otolaryngological diseases during pregnancy were selected to be included in the study,the time range was set as October 2021 to October 2022,the random arrangement of grouping using function was set as 25 cases/group,and the life was set as study group and comparison group,among which the comparison group(routine nursing)and research group(based on the above clinical comprehensive nursing intervention),and the disease knowledge index was analyzed.The measured value of treatment cooperation and nursing effect.Results(1)The content of disease knowledge index was higher in the study group than in the comparison group(P<0.05).(2)The treatment coordination rate and the achieved rate of periodic review in the study group were higher than those in the comparison group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);③The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with otolaryngological diseases during pregnancy is more conducive to disease management.Patients have a correct cognition of the disease,can carry out nursing according to the requirements,regular review,nursing effect is remarkable,worthy of popularization and application.
